1. Data controller

2. Data processed and purposes

Technical logs: when you open the site, the hosting infrastructure briefly records your IP address, browser and device details, the page requested and the time. Purpose: running the site securely and detecting errors and abuse.

Your preferences: your cookie/external-content choice is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and is not sent to us.

Map: if you agree, the Google Maps embed in the contact section loads and Google may receive data from your browser such as your IP address and cookie data.

Contact: when you call us or write on WhatsApp, the details you share (name, phone number, message) are used only to answer you and handle your order or booking. WhatsApp conversations run on WhatsApp’s (Meta) infrastructure.

No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar analytics/advertising trackers are used; no visitor profiles are built.

3. Legal grounds and collection method

Technical logs rely on KVKK Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest in operating and securing the site); contact data on Art. 5/2-c (entering into/performing a contract) and 5/2-f; loading Google Maps on your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

Data is collected electronically, automatically or partly automatically, while you use the site or contact us.

4. Transfers, including abroad

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), so technical logs may be processed on servers abroad. If you accept the map, data goes to Google LLC (USA); if you write on WhatsApp, to WhatsApp/Meta. These transfers follow the procedures of KVKK Art. 9 and serve only the purposes above.

Your personal data is not sold or shared for marketing, except where required by law.

5. Retention

Technical logs are kept briefly under the hosting provider’s log policy. The preference entry in your browser stays until you delete it. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to complete your request and for possible disputes.

6. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11

You may learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad; ask for correction of incomplete or wrong data, and deletion or destruction under Art. 7, and for these steps to be notified to recipients; object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can send a written application to Sinan Mah., 1252. Sk. No:5/A, 07010 Muratpaşa / Antalya, Türkiye, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Applications to the Data Controller. Applications are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
